OTHER PARTICIPANTS
The Advanced Research Workshop participants will be given a possibility:
1. To make a short oral presentation or
2. To present a poster during the extended poster session or
3. To participate as observers to take advantages of the discussions.
The Workshop participants will be selected on the base of the following criteria:
1. Soundness of an abstract submitted;
2. Qualifications of authors and their potential contribution to the benefits of both the Workshop goals and that they may draw from the Workshop for their future activities;
3. Country quotas determined by the NATO ARW format.
EQUIPMENT
Session Room for Oral Presentations will be equipped with the following:
- High Resolution LCD Projector and
- Overhead Projectors.
NOTE: 35mm Slide Projectors are NOT supplied. If you require a computer for your use, please contact your Session Chair and/or Symposium Organizer in advance so that arrangements can be made to preload your presentation.
The poster boards are 88 cm wide, 118 cm high. Authors will be provided specific guidelines for poster display and discussion time. Attendance by one of the authors is required for poster presentation. All posters will be mounted during extended poster sessions.
ACCOMPANYING PERSON
Participants may bring an accompanying person(s). The accompanying person could participate in welcome party, conference dinner, all tours and other social activities.
FEES
NO REGISTRATION FEE will be charged!
The meeting will provide all meals in the conference hotel at a cost 90 USD or 72 EUR or 470 UAH.
If anyone wishes to pay for the meals partially, it is possible by following rate:

Coffee-breaks will be free of charge for all participants.
Financial support will be provided to all key speakers. According to the LANL rule, it can only be paid after the workshop. To get reimbursement, please keep all the receipts related to the workshop, including airline tickets, visa fee, local transportation, etc. Please, note that the KEY SPEAKERS ALSO NEED PAY THE MEALS COSTS at the registration.
