The proceedings papers will be published in a NATO Science Series book. All the papers will be carefully reviewed according to a journal standard and edited to ensure their high quality in both technical content and English. Papers should meet both technical and English quality requirements. Any papers that do not meet our high standard will be rejected.

The papers should be sent by attaching a MS word file to an email to Dr. Yuntian Theodore Zhu (yzhu@lanl.gov). Participants may receive papers for review. Key speakers may be sent more than one paper for review.

Paper length limit: 8 pages for Key speakers, and 6 pages for every one else.

The Author need to submit 3 documents:

Document	Template
1) The paper in MS Word file
2) The Copyright form
3) The data sheet

A complimentary copy of the proceedings book will be provided to all participants of the meeting (excluding observers).
